Organizations are invited to submit a letter of inquiry to the Greenlee Family Foundation. Letters of inquiry should be one page in length and include:

Organization's name and address
-
Contact person and telephone number
-
History and mission statement
-
Purpose and amount of grant request
-
How proposal meets funding focus
Organizations that the foundation is interested in will then be contacted to set up a site visit and to complete a full proposal. The Greenlee Family Foundation does accept the Colorado Common Grant application form.
Proposals should include the following:

Legal name and address of organization

Contact person and telephone number

Most recent copy of signed IRS tax exemption letter

History and mission statement of organization
-
Purpose and amount of grant requested, including budget
-
Most recent financial statement

Funding sources and amounts
