Rob is the youngest member of the Greenlee clan and assumed the role of Executive Director in September, 2004 after serving seven years as a foundation trustee. Rob began his professional career in restaurant management, performing all aspects of the business from waiting tables and bartending to management. After seven years and four cities, he decided to leave restaurant management for a tamer career--emergency medical services. Rob was a Paramedic with a local ambulance company based in Boulder until 2004 when he took over the director's role for the foundation full time. Rob is an accomplished nature photographer and has been able to enjoy some eco-traveling to Canada, Mexico and Antarctica. He also enjoys golf and fly fishing when time allows. Rob and his lovely wife Carey live in Boulder County.
AnneMarie "retired" in September after serving seven years as executive director of the Greenlee Family Foundation to work in community relations for a national agency. She has been a presenter to a number of local and national organizations on the topics of family philanthropy, strategic grant making, and board development. AnneMarie and her husband live near Boulder, CO with their two children, an arthritic Labrador.
Diane moved to Boulder, CO with her husband in 1975 in order to chase their dream of owning and operating a dawn-to-dusk AM radio station. In 1977, the couple purchased KBCO FM. Diane managed the office, AP/AR, sales service, public service, traffic and continuity. In 14 years, they took KADE/KBCO to the #1 station in the Denver metro market. The Greenlees sold the radio stations in 1988 for a record sales price for the market. Presently, Diane is an owner/partner in Centennial Investment and Management and co-owner of Rockies Brewing Company, a microbrewery (brewers of Buffalo Gold, Boulder Beer). She has served on numerous boards, including the Boulder Junior Philharmonic Guild and the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, Leadership Boulder, the United Way Advisory Board, as an Honorary Trustee of the Women's Foundation of Colorado and on the Board of Directors for both the University of Colorado Foundation and the Iowa State University Board of Governors, and as a Trustee of the Denver Art Museum. In addition, Bob and Diane sponsored the first class of students for the I Have a Dream Foundation. Diane holds a BS in Journalism from Iowa State University and earned her MA in Art History from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 1993. She is a seasoned world traveler and enjoys reading, walking and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
